This resource gives facts about children attending school with trauma. It talks about students ability to perform and learn within the classroom. It goes physical, emotional, and behavioural stressors that are resulting from children's internal trauma.

Developmental Trauma Disorder
This paper does a good job of helping identify emotional triggers and patterns or re-enactment. Throughout the paper it discusses the spectrum of developmental derailments secondary to complex trauma exposure. It also mentions the ACE study and statistics that went with it. These used a survey of 17,000 people and their adverse childhood experiences which included childhood abuse, neglect, and family dysfunction.
